N.B. I have had limited interaction with Dr. Loughlin, so statistically speaking, my rating/comments should be taken with a grain of salt:1. I tried to get in touch with him regarding a possibly serious medication side effect, but the staff would not take a message for him.2. Unlike all my other doctors, Dr. Loughlin does not give patients at my clinic his email.3. I called (per staff instructions) the next day and left a message with my phone number, but he never called me back.
