Dr. Kevin Ray Keller, MD

We met Dr. Keller many years ago when he was called in to treat our daughter who had a very serious allergic reaction to something . It was a potentially life threatening issue and he was wonderful with her and with us. Thanks to his care she came through it fine. I was having at that time significant seasonal allergy issues which unfortunately turned into year around allergy issues. I started going to Dr. Keller because of our previous great experience with him and have never once regretted it. He is a very caring, concerned, and kind physician and professional. He has worked for years with me around my difficult schedule and has never failed to either see me or return my call, as needed. Any procedure or medication he as ever recommended was fully and clearly explained, including benefits and risks. I was among the first if not the first of his patients to welcome him back to NWA. I feel very fortunate to have him as my allergy doc and could not be happier that he is back.

This doctor is more interested in running up a medical bill then actually helping you. He is big on running all kinds of test that you may or may not need. He does not like patients to be actively involved in research and asking questions. He over charges above and beyond the national average. When asked why he does this, was told because he can. He treats patients like cattle, trying to get in as many as possible. I saw him for years at the Fayetteville Diagnostic clinic. His visits were waiting an hour, and then if your lucky 5 minutes of his time in the room. He wants to be the only one talking, and does not like patient input. When it became clear he was only interested in running test and not really talking to me and hearing me I left him, and thank God I did. He also bounces around from different states, which is a very bad sign. I recommend you stay away from him at all cost!

When my insurance did not cover Allergy medicine, the office billed me directly, without giving me a phone call. I received a large bill, and the only help the office was in trying to work through it was sending me to collections within a week of me receiving the bill.

My 2 children and myself have seen Dr. Keller for years and couldn't be more pleased with our care. He takes his time, listens well and tries to get to the bottom of the problem and not just manage/mask symptoms. I would recommend him to any adult or child. We have tried others and choose to drive almost 2 hours from our home to see him! His staff and nurses are helpful and easy to work with.

Dr. Keller's office has not communicated well with me since I started as a patient there. The waiting time seems to increase each time I go, and I cannot get answers when I call with questions. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Keller did not listen to me during the first appointment and had me try over the counter medicine that had not worked for the last two years. My second visit he had his nurse do almost everything. I had other issues arise and the clinic took forever to get back with me and when they did were not helpful. I tried to talk to Dr Keller and he would not talk to me or call me back. This has been by far the worst office experience I have had.

Dr. Keller and his staff made me feel very comfortable and the entire visit was easy. He listened to my problem and spent time discussing it with me. After discussing the fact that I had been on a gluten-free diet for over a month and had been feeling better, he suggested the blood test for celiac disease and when he called me with the results he explained that I should just continue to not eat gluten if that helps me. After doing research later I learned that you have to be on a gluten-containing diet for 4-6 weeks prior to taking the test or it will tell you nothing. When I called the billing department to complain about my bill insisting that he should pay because he should not have ordered the test to begin with, she said once the test has been done, it's done, and told me I should convince my insurance to pay for it. Now, I have to go back on gluten 4-6 weeks and re-test. Thanks. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU SEE ANY DOCTOR!!

Dr. Keller is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He took the time to listen to me and even looked me in the eye while we talked. He even took time to ask my husband questions. His care for his patients are obvious. His follow-up which includes his staff is also better than most I have been with. I just appreciate his genuine concern, the time he took and his approachable manner. I have been to a few specialist over the years and have not rec'd this type of care. A Special Thank you!

Dr. Keller was good with my son and really worked hard to find his allergies. While he was slightly condescending, We are still going back to see him. I wasn't particularly fond of the office staff, the nurses there were really kind and caring.
