Dr. Kevin F Rodowicz, DO

I have been a patient for approximately 8 years. Every year I have to tell the office staff not to send lab work to a St Luke's lab and every year they do it anyway. Then, when I call, they tell me they got a new computer system every year. Yeah, right. Must be nice to get a new system every year. When I tell the office to give me a paper prescription they do but then they call it in anyway and not once but twice. Then the pharmacy fills the prescription when it is not time yet and then they try to fill the second time. They make everything more complicated than it has to be. I cannot keep paying these unnecessary bills because of the incompetent office staff. Health Insurance is expensive enough. Now I have to leave an excellent doctor because I can't afford to pay for the office staff mistakes.

I moved away from Schnecksville over 10 years ago and still travel 45 minutes to be a patient of Dr. Rodowitz. He is a wonderful caring doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Rodowicz for years, despite his office staff. They cannot seem to handle the process of calling in prescriptions. Either they call it in to the wrong pharmacy, or forget to call it in at all. Then they blame it on the pharmacy. Also, no answering of the phone during lunch? And no answering machine? Good doctor, terrible customer service.

I moved to the Lehigh valley and went thru many doctors. I finally found Dr Rodowicz. He is knowledgable and wants you to be knowledgable. If there is even a hint of a question he will make sure he has answered everything. You may wait a few min but you don't wait 15 min and get 2 min of his time. He is all in with his patients. Very good doctor. Highly recommend him.

Excellent bedside manner...spends as much time with you as necessary....couldn't be more caring and knowledgable....truly listens to what you have to say and works with you in partnership to determine the right treatment plan for you

The doctor isn't the problem at this office. The staff isn't very accomodating. If you are looking for pediatric care, this may not be the place for you. Pediatric care is generally needed the same day, not 2 days later when they can get you in. They suggest you use the ER if care is needed, but they aren't paying the co-pay either.

Dr. Rodowicz has been my physician for 10 years and I would never switch to another doctor's care. He really listens to you when he is with you.

There is no better doctor in the Lehigh Valley.
