I don't know if she's afraid of people or what but she didn't even feel my sinuses when I came in with symptoms of a sinus infection and said I wasn't sick long enough to give an antibiotic. Umm I've been coughing and having sinus drainage and haven't slept for a week. Complete waste of time and no bedside manner

Doctor did not explain anything. Her english was hard to undestand. Gave me some prescriptions and mumbled "feel better". I was surprised at first, but this is watertown urgent care. Must expect the slum

My daughter was in severe pain with an ear infection. Dr. Guadalupe did not seem concerned and actually misdiagnosed her which ended up keeping her from the treatment she needed. We ended up spending $60 on our co-pay and medication that she did not need. We went to the pediatrician the next day and got what was really needed.
