Dr. Noori is a self absorbed idiot who will not help an 85 year old woman with her pain management. Just because it was Saturday and we interrupted his weekend he was very arrogant and negative. Do not go see this doctor. Would nt even call my son to discuss the matter. Again, stay away. I would give negative stars if I could.
I've been coming to this office for year and it has gotten worse and worse. I must agree theyve gotten to big for their britches. The office is run by PAs and MAs who are more concerned with socializing then taking care of patients. When Dr. Noori is there the zoo gets even worse everybody seems to want a treat for doing their job. The PAs stare at him while he sees patient waiting for their biscuit and a pat on their head while they are basically a glorified scribe with a white coat typing away. It seems they are more concerned with flirting and getting the doctors attention then learning and growing as a professional. The disrespect and lack of professionalism of all members of the staff whether its a PA, receptionist or MA is evident. When a PA does see a patient alone which is rare they are clearly googling symptoms or calling the doctor for help. The mismanagement in care is horrifying to say the least the scariest part is the these midlevels have arrogance that is frankly quite dangerous. Unfortunately most patients dont know to ask the appropriate questions because when they are questions they are stumped or give a nasty attitude How this office is still running is beyond me PLEASE bring in some actual doctors and maybe you will have more then medicaid patients and suboxone in the waiting room. Urgent care clinics look more and more appealing
VERY SMART AND KIND DOCTOR HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ALL
I been seeing Dr. Noori since 2013. He is an excellent physician. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends.
A wonderful physician. I am a patient of another physician but i was admitted to GSH by Dr. Noori. He is really smart and on target. I highly recommend him
Excellent physician, on top of his game and I trust him with my family
Better off going to an urgent care clinic. The physicians are in the office less and less looks like only the PA is there and she is clearly arrogant and over confident with no bedside manner. At least if you go to an urgent care you see a doctor or atleast a PA with some actual experience treating patients in a hospital and isn't just fresh out of a 2 year PA program now thinking she has the experience of a doctor. This place has taken a turn for the worst.
His office staff lacks professionalism, are poorly trained and lazy...
Dr. Noori has treated my grandfather for well over a year and to say he's provided excellent care is an understatement. He can be an extremely difficult patient and Dr. Noori knows how to deal with him in way that gets him to be compliant with his medical regiment better then any other physician has. He has treated him both in the hospital while in ICU as well as in the office and provides an open line of communication at all times. We know when he is following his case he will be in good hands. While you may have to wait in his office at some appointments personally i think that is something to be expected when you are seeing a well sought after good physician, when a Doctors office is empty of patients thats when you should be concerned. I would recommend him to over any other primary care provider any day
Yesterday I sat in the office for well over an hour waiting to see Tiffany. Eventually dr noori showed up however at that point there was nothing he could say to keep me from walking out. That office has become a disaster unless he's there to babysit these children the patients are miserable and all stuck waiting. I will never be returning back. These idiots should all be fired they have no respect for patients or there time.
I have been a patient of Dr. Noori, since 2010. He is one of the smartest doctor I have seen. Not only he have managed my medical issues he has since been taking care of my parents as well. I highly recommend him.
About a month ago I was admitted to the hospital and assigned to Dr. Noori I had a very good experience and asked if I could follow up with him in his office and he graciously accepted me as a patient. When i called to make my follow up appointment I was only able to make a saturday appointment and was I told it would be with the PA. While I was initally leerly I agreed assuming the Dr would still be in the office. This however was not the case, I explained my issues to the PA and got very little response she told me she would be right back. I then left to use the bathroom and overheard her on the phone discussing my case with who I would assume was the Dr. She then came back to the room about 10 mins later with a plan of care. This was very alarming that a young PA would be left alone in an office without the capabilities to properly diagnosis or even seem to understand my medical condition. I have always been under the impression PAs are assistants to physicians and while they can see patients alone a physician must be overseeing and reviewing cases while in the office.
Myself and my elderly parents have been visiting this practice since before Dr. Noori and i must say when he took over it was like a breathe of fresh air. He spent time with his patients he diagnosed and treated appropriately and was always available if we needed him. However much has changed in the past year and change since this. New practioners have been brought into the practice and they do not in any way meet his standards of care. Coming from 20 years in the medical field i like to think i have a good understanding of medicine however do not like to flaunt it. During this time between myself and my parents we have seen both the PAs as well as the other doctor. On numerous occasions we have been called to change appointment times typically trying to move them up in the day when seeing these other prescribers, however conveniently enough this does not happen when my appointments have been with Dr. Noori. When seeing these others i have felt rushed, ignored and misdiagnosed. Dr. Tangsuan is often very behind causing long wait times sometimes close to an hour before being brought into the exam room, this leaving her aggravated with little patience. Tiffany the PA has an and extremely arrogant attitude at one point upsetting my mother so much she stated she will never go back to this office again and the PA Gina seems extremely unsure and uneducated about medical conditions. I am more then disappointed to see how these individuals can destroy a once well respected physicians name. I no longer make appointments with anyone beside Dr. Noori and have gotten to the point where we are now looking for a new practice. I understand at times that if you want to see a good physician you can expect to wait however there is no excuse for blatant rudeness and disrespect coming from individuals with little experience behind them especially those who ultimately have proven by their misdiagnosis that they lack the education and experience. I have been a pediatric nurse practitioner for many years and understand my limitations and when when I need to consult with a physician, these PAs do not and will ending up hurting somebody. They have obviously been given too long a leash and need to be reeled in, which falls into Dr. Nooris hands. The absolute horrible bedside manner and blatant disrespect given by Tiffany is not something Dr Noori can be held responsible however seeing numerous complaints by others it is obviously something which much be addressed by him or he can keep turning a blind eye and lose his loyal patients who have been with him since he first entered private practice.
Wonderful Doctor and staff. Always very professional and tries very hard to keep wait time to minimum
To make things short and sweet my husband was having a headache for a couple of days which was getting progressively worse. Finally it got to the point I made him go to the doctors unfortunately it was a Saturday and only he PA Tiffani was in she treated him for a sinus infection two days later the pain was still there so we called the office saying there has been little improvement asking to speak with the PA who saw him. She never called back and we ended up in south side hospital where they immediately ordered a cat scan and saw he HAD A BLEED IN HIS HEAD WHICH WOULD REQUIRE SURGERY!!! Thank god for the doctors at Southside for saving my husbands life. I will never set foot in this office again I pray this never happens to anyone else due to their incompetent staff.
I have been seeing Dr. Noori for about 3 years now and have always had good experiences with him. He has taken care of my mother when she was very ill in the hospital and also occasionally sees my aunt in the nursing home. Recently I have not had these positive experiences at this office, my last to visits i was told Dr Noori was not available on the days I needed my appointment so I tried the other doctor in the office who's name i forget, she was initially pleasant but the seemed to get irritated when I was asking questions not the experience I am used to. On my most recent visit I was needed a saturday apt and was told only the PA was available which i agreed to. That day I was called by the office asking if I could move my apt up I agreed even though I had to rush to the apt. The waiting room was basically empty where it is normally packed. While waiting my PA was on her cell phone at the desk clearly taking a personal call right in front of patients who were waiting. When I was finally called into the office an seen by the PA she was very clearly rushing and not very responsive to my questions she then began yelling down the hall at one of the nurses like she was at a sport event, very unprofessional if you ask me especially since this happened as i was speaking to her, when the nurse came into the room she was visibly annoyed by this. When leaving I noticed there was no one else in the waiting room and staff was getting ready to leave including the PA, it then became obvious that I was inconvenienced so the staff could leave early. I have always had great experiences with Dr Noori and hate to see that his new staff is now negatively reflecting his practice. I know now to specifically request for him. Hopefully changes are made and the bad seeds are weeded out before they his reputation is put at risk
I have been seeing Dr. Noori for the past three years. He has been an amazing doctor, very caring. He now treat my entire family, highly recommend.
This doctor makes you come in for an office visit every month for maintenance medications just so they can charge and bill for it. As if that isn't bad enough, the waiting room is gross and they make you wait too long. Today, without warning they cancelled my appointment at the last minute, and I need my maintenance meds, because they say my insurance no longer is accepted. No notice whatsoever!!!!!! They said I could come in but I would have to pay $100 to see a PA for a lousey 5 minute visit to get a paper written out!!! Then I called my insurance company to see why I was never notified of them not dealing with the Buttheads anymore and they told me that this office and these doctors ARE STILL IN NETWORK!!!! SO THEY LIED - THEY JUST DONT WANT TO DO PAPERWORK FOR THE CLAIMS. THEY ARE NOT ABOUT YOUR HEALTH>>>THEY ARE ABOUT LINING THEIR POCKETS!!!!!!!!!!
Ex employee leaving fake reviews
This doctor is unbelievable. Not only did I wait for over an hour in an overcrowded and very hot waiting room, but this guy actually took a phone call on his personal cell phone while I was in the middle of a sentence!! He said hold on and he cut me off while I was explaining my medical situation. He spoke to the caller for about 30 seconds and then when he hung up, he didn't even apologize. His cell rang again after that and he just looked at it but never turned off the ringer. Truly inexcusable behavior for a doctor. I'm never going back to this sorry excuse for a medical professional and I hope I can save someone else from being subjected to this treatment by a doctor they are trusting to help them.
Don't go here! They do a suboxone program and the place was so crowded all the seats and standing room was taken. This "dr" took no time w me just wrote a script. The PA was great but that's it. These suboxone drs don't care about their patients just about cashing in on ppl's addiction issues. Run far far away!!!
This doctor goes out of his way to spend time with his patients and make them feel at ease before they leave the office. I will spend with you and discuss ways to improve your health. Many times you walk into a doctors office and feel like you're on an assembly line where you're finally pushed out by the doctor, but not here. The staff and doctor truly go out of their way to take care of their patients. I work in the medical field and see first hand that Dr. Noori goes out of his way for his patients and genuinely cares about them. I would recommend him to any one
Dr Noori is a rude self absorbed man who is unwilling to listen and enjoys hearing himself speak. He told me to be quiet or he`d hang up on me. I could not stay on the phone with him for more than 10 minutes at 7am one morning while in the car driving so I asked if I could call him back, he told me he'd call me ,he of course didn't. Later than night I left a message with the nurse to call me the next day, he again didn't. Two days later while rushing my father to the ER I had him paged. He told me he hadn't called me back because I didn't give him the time of day when he called and he wasn't about to "chase me around" . He as los told me to get a new doctor and that I should start t as king care of my father. He doesn't even warrant 1 star!
He is as arrogant as anybody can possibly be. He does not diagnose properly. He dosent listen to patients only speaks and walks away. He is also a thief overcharges and laughs about how he rips off insurance companies. Stay away this Dr is Horrible!
My sister recently lost her job and did not have insurance. She has multiple medical problem, while her doctor dropped her for the lack of insurance(which she was following for 15 years), Dr. Noori saw her for almost free. He is a very kind person. My sister and I will highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Noori is one of the best, he is extremely smart and caring.
I had another physician for my family. Because of my son's condition we have to see the doctor more frequently then usual. Lately the wait time has been more then 6 hours, so we were referred to Dr. Noori. He truly is caring, smart and was available at the hospital when we needed him the most. He took care oh Jake even in the hospital and i did not have to deal with hospital doctors. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
Dr. Noori saw me for the first time and diagnosed exactly the condition i had. He give me some meds feelinf much better. I wanted to say thank yoy
Dr Noori is a very knowledgable physician who really cares about his patients. He try's very hard to not make his patients wait to long and really makes you feel like he is cares.
I am a physician myself, however when it comes to my family I have sent my mom and dad to Dr. Noori. My Mom has DM and so far its is the first time in her life that she is involved in her care. He understand how to get patient involved in their own care.
Physicians choose this guy as their personal doctor - That includes me and several colleagues - most of us recommend our families to him as well - He is a great clinician and a personable guy -
My dad had a stroke and went to Good Samaritan Hospital under teh care of doctor Noori. He is very caring spend time with us all the time and explain to us step by step where my dad was heading. He then went to rehab where is was followed by Dr. Noori as well, now my dad is following with him in the office. We are very happy with his caring style of practice. Thank you Dr. Noori
Dr. Noori has teamed up with some of the best doctor in Deer Park area. I was sent by my cardiologist to him, he was the best. My HgA1c was 8.5 when I was seeing my endocronologist, now last blood work it was 6.7. I thank you Dr. Noori.
I saw Dr. Noori in his old office, I was impressed with his work but not his office. Recently he moved to the new Deer park location, it's probably the best doctor office i been too. Not only that he has sounded himself by excellent and friendly staff. Excellent work Dr. Noori
I was advised by Good Samaritan Hospital ER Doc. To follow up with Dr. Noori. He was very gentle and treated with respect.I highly rec. Him to all
I usually don't like my doctor visits and avoid them all- together, however he is very smart and caring and hence I am actually going to go for my follow-up. Highly recommended.
Dr. Noori started here new, but he is one of the best docs in Deer Park. He is fast, caring, and actually care about his patients. My Diabetes was very poorly controlled even under the care of endocrinologist. My numbers are much lower since I started seeing Dr. Noori. Thank you for your service.
Needs to be clear as to whether he is the treating physician or substituting with a Physician's Assistant who unfortunately has the legacy of the previous physician who spent time in his office on social calls while patients waited for long periods of time on uncomfortable treating tables, having waited for hours just to make it to the treating room. Also PA not always politically correct and bases intervention/treatment on race. Also has to be mindful of patients time and not schedule visits when he is unavailable. Also orders inordinate number of tests and requires paid office visits for results, even when those are normal/negative.
I had another doctor before for whom i waited three hours every time i had an appointment. Dr. Noori was fast, no waiting time, quick and most importantly he addressed all my question. He also give me a quick appointment without much wait when I called his office initially. He has three office and i can go to anyone if I need to be seen urgently.
I was a patient of this office but very unhappy with the previous doctor. Now Dr. Noori is awsome, fast, no waiting, and right on target.
I was looking for a doctor for long time. Last doctor i went to I had to wait like almost three hours to see him, despite me having a confirmed appointment. Recently i was introduced to Dr. Noori who had an office close to my work. I was done within 1 hour and all my concerns were addressed. Very friendly front desk. I highly rec. Dr. Noori.
poor manners and very rushed visit. he billed my mom for a very high level of visit while only spending 2 mins at her bedside.
I went to Good Samaritan for Pneumonia. Initially i hated the emergency room when i went there initially but Dr. Noori was very caring and professional. He told what was going on with me, what he is going to do for me. I highly recommend him.
He is an excellent doctor, but the sad part is that he does not have his private office, I hope soon he will open one close to Good Sam. He helped my mother, greatly appreciatedandy
