Dr. Kimberly Keller, DO

My partner and I had her as our primary care provider only because she’s close to where we lived. Now my partner passed away. She ordered a flu vaccination even though he was a heart transplant patient, a big no no, thank god the pharmacist caught it and didn’t do it. Next appointment we told her about it and she just giggled and quickly put it in the computer. I complained about a pain on my leg to her and she had no clue. Finally saw several specialists and was told it had sciatica and a vertebra that was pushing on the nerve. The same thing she put it in the computer when I told her the results and acted like it was her discovery. She’s quick to refer to services specially in the network. She’s good for AdventHealth business profit margin. My last appointment was routine with some labs in the same building the charge was 328.00 dollars. Of course Medicare paid 80% and the rest was on me. Not a good thing as I’m on a limited income and don’t have supplement coverage. During my visits… she talks about “social” stuff that has nothing to do with why I’m there. I can hear her doing the same thing with other patients in the adjoining exam rooms. Aside from her being nearby I see no purpose in going back. I’m in the process of finding another doctor to replace her. Oh yes and she’ll walk off without saying good bye unless you agree with anything she says. Her theory on the corona virus pandemic was dismal and pretends to know, when scientist aren’t even sure. I dread going in there, attitudes and surprise billing afterwards.

I highly recommend Dr. Keller! She went above and beyond her call of duty, when our mother was dying of cancer she was with our family every step of the way! She would explain what was going and educated us on her diagnosis! She was their to call hospice in! Our family is so very blessed to have such a wonderful Doctor! We love you doctor Keller!

I started seeing Dr. Keller when my doctor of 30 years retired. The first few times I saw her, she was off but blamed in on the facility and not having the things she needed to run her business. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I liked her as a person. The last couple of visits have been completely different, she is rushed, had me come in for an appointment that a nurse could have called and asked about, and what my past Dr had done, and then complained to me when I questioned her on it that she has too many patients to do that. This last visit was a complete disaster, she was rude, extremely unprofessional in the way she spoke to me, and had me so flustered that I don't even remember half of the things she told me. Instead of trying to work with me on how to do better things with my body, she immediately referred me to a specialist. She walked out of the office without even saying good-bye or hope you feel better. Honestly the only thing I could think while she was talking… to me was "she's a complete *itch" and "I have to find a new doctor".

Dr. Keller is an extremely knowledgeable and caring doctor. All the staff is very caring and helpful. I would recommend dr. Keller to anyone seeking an internist that takes her time and listens to her patients!

Dr Keller is excellant she throughly goes over your entire health, medicines, she takes her to time to listen, and help you with your problems. She always follows up after every visit.

Went in there a few times for my husband at first she was very kind . Boy does she have twofaces. We asked her to fill out my husband disability paper which he has been on for a year now and we are new to the community.These aremail common paper work. She was so mad and angry and made us feel we were asking her to do something illegal and would not let us talk. She was very scary went on about ? Cuz at this time I thought I was on another planet . She was very vert unprofessional . Never Near go to her. Please read before you go there.

My doctor retired, and Dr. Keller came to replace him. He introduced me to her and I decided I would like for her to be my primary physician. My first two experiences with her were things that needed immediate attention, and when I called the office, I was given immediate attention......I have had subsequent visits with her for check-ups and follow-ups. I can't say enough good things about her, if I could rate her with 10 stars, I would!! I am thankful she has come to NSB--she is a great doctor, kind, compassionate, and I feel like she is my "friend". She is a good Christian woman and I look forward to seeing her on my next scheduled visit!

She acts as if she is in a hurry upon examination and does not call back to check on you, she is quick to send you out to specialist instead of doing it herself, she sends you for labs that does not have anything to do with anything (lyme disease etc.) and you can call her office for days and never get a return phone call.
