Dr. Tjaden is wonderful! She listens to my concerns, provides explanations, and refers me to others when needed. I trust her. I recently recommended Dr. Tjaden to a family member who wanted to make a change in their provider.

Dr. Tjaden has been my primary for more than 20 years and if she left CC, I would likely leave as well. She is literally THE BEST and treats me like a friend rather than just another patient she needs to push through. I feel like her concern is genuine and I often leave the clinic with a hug.

Dr. Tjaden acts like she prefers that you weren't there from the minute she steps in the room. From zero eye contact, and starring at the computer screen to talking in a stern voice to being very brief with you, Repeats questions you already answered. I feel bad for her nurse who has to work with her everyday

I do not feel that feel that Dr. Tjaden listens to her patients and allows them a say in a treatment plan or what is going on. It's hard to explain things to her. Once she decides on how she is going to treat you, it doesn't matter if you disagree or not. If you voice your concerns that you don't agree, she gets very short with you.
