Dr. Kiran D Nair, DO

I apologize for sharing this review several months after our visit. Initially, we did not intend to post it, but after hearing from others with similar experiences, I felt it was important to share so others can make informed decisions. I had taken my relative to see Dr. Kiran Nair, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. We found it extremely difficult to communicate with Dr. Nair. He seemed to give very limited time during the consultation and did not appear to fully consider our concerns. The conduct of his office staff was equally concerning. In our experience, they were discourteous, unprofessional, and unresponsive. What troubled us most was that Dr. Nair seemed to support or overlook this behavior rather than addressing it. When patients visit a doctor, they are often unwell and in need of support and understanding. It is unfortunate when they are met with dismissiveness or unkind behavior instead. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Dr. Kiran… and Deeply Disappointed :(

Dr. Kiran Nair is fantastic, his staff is great. Everyone is so friendly. Answers questions no problems. Seem very through, checks all possiblitys.
