Seen him 5 times in 5 days. Wife had a strike, Neurosurgeon removed blood clot. Next day after a CT or CTA scan everything looked promising. Was was communicating moving all her fingers, toes shaking her head yes and no it was my wife but with a breathing tube. After a long holiday weekend my wife isn't moving a muscle. 3 CT scan was better the the last. Neurosurgeon was surprised. He told me he thought she would be off the breathing tube by now. Now my wife can't breath with out it has a lung infection and ammonia. After just 1 day of switching doctors my wife was off the 2 highly addictive drugs she was on and is scheduled for surgery to take the breathing tube out. I'm not a good at writing putting my words on paper and telling a perfect story., but I had to write this. My one job now is to make sure my wife is getting the best possible care which I believe she is now but didn't get from Dr. Kirby Slifer.
