Poor Bedside Manner

My experience with Dr. Shah and his staff was excellent. They were very caring and professional. Dr. Shah made me feel like I was the most important patient he was seeing that day..

Took Great Care of me, addressed all of my concerns,

I had an appointment two days ago and saw Doctor Shah. I will not be coming back to this office EVER!!!! this doctor is rude to patients, and to his staff. He send me a medication to his dispensary. I never asked him to send it to his dispensary. The person back their gave me medication that I was not taking. Im pretty positive that she is not certified. Fishy place!!!!!

Rather than being partners in my healthcare , Dr. Shah was a pompous, rude know-it-all who interrupted me whenever I tried to speak. After 3 months I still have no diagnosis, only more of the same tests ahead. He doesn't want to hear any other bits of what may be helpful information. At my last (& final) appointment, he kept leaving the examination room with no explanation for extended amounts of time. His staff kept coming in looking for him.
