Dr. Konrad Kijewski, MD

I was basically forced to have an epidural done by this man in order to receive my medications. The area that it was done is currently extremely painful and that area I have never had a problem with. He seemed to refuse to give me medications that were covered by my insurance and when I was given one type of medication, I eventually became ill. I was then given another prescription that cost out-of-pocket $1,200!!!!! I am on medicaid and no job because of my disabilities at the moment. I called and explained this and was given a call back and was told, "The doctor said you can either take the old medication or pay out-of-pocket for the new medication." Being in the medical field myself and being taught that patient care is the most important thing you must keep in mind...a doctor should NEVER EVER tell a patient to take a medication that is making them nauseous and vomit all the time! This is ridiculous and then was fired from the clinic with no phone call for weeks, but received a… letter in the mail. I had to call to find out that I was fired due to medication disagreement. Honestly, that is ridiculous considering he could've put me on my medication that I had always been on and was able to tolerate. My father, who is a physician as well, has become highly upset as well as myself and will definitely be saying something later on about this issue. This man is ridiculous and unprofessional! I would give him no stars but I have to give at least one on here. Be careful patients with this man, as he does not know what he is doing.

Was having pain for about a year. Tried a lot of things before getting referred to Dr K. He has helped me manage my pain through injections and meds. Now I'm living a better life playing with my kids again.

Dr. Kijewski has provided excellent care. I have had terrific success with the many epidurals I have needed since a car accident. I firmly believe that he has prevented my need for surgery and am very grateful.

This doctor has been saving my life for about a year. His treatment of my degenerative back and neck issues have allowed me to live and function as normally as I can. Thank you Dr. K!

I have been treated numerous times with injections since 2010. Very compassionate. Until I have surgery the injections are temporary relief. He does a wonderful job. My husband which has suffered since the early 90's and has had 2 back surgeries has begun seeing him and it his turned his life around. He is a new person. I fully trust his judgement and his treatment procedures. That is a very strong statement and to say that about a doctor nowadays should mean something.

Great experience. I'm confused about the reviews dated in 2006 and 2007 though as I thought the doctor only started working there in 2009.

I was really afraid when I entered with neck pain. I was expecting the worst after being told I need surgery. The staff was really nice and explained everything that I would need. The doctor explained my procedure and what to expect. It was quick and easy and I am much better. I am so happy that I tried this instead of surgery. I wish I did not wait so long to get help.
