Dr Shurtleff is one of a kind. So very thorough and staying ahead of medical information and treatment. Doctor is so very knowledgeable and also very personable. Her staff is amazing I highly recommend Dr Shurtleff's practice to anyone wanting a close relationship with staff and doctor

Small office so wait times can get lengthy, but worth it, she is the first doctor I have been to who didn't just try to shove pills down my throat.

If you are a patient then you know to expect a long wait. But you also know it's worth the wait. Dr. Shertleff and staff are a team of professionals. One of the best I've been to.

Dr Shurtleff is a great Dr, even though her staff are a bit disorganized and not very courteous I continue to see her because, she actually cares and spends time with her patients.

I have been trying for several weeks to make an appointment, finally got someone on the phone to be told the Doctor is not accepting new patients at this time. REALLY??, why couldn't someone return just one of the messages I left to tell me sooner so I can find a doctor that is accepting new patients for my son? I have no idea how good or poor this doctor is. I do know that a doctor is only as good as the staff....Therefore, Dr. Shurtleff you may want to be thinking about upgrading your current staff.....The individual that answered my call sounded like they really hate their job. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!

The wait time is ALWAYS at least 2 hours after a scheduled appointment due to the fact that she takes walk-ins in between each scheduled appointment. They schedule appointments every 15 minutes......the Dr. spends about 20 minutes with each patient, so after her first appt. of the day (7am), she is already behind by 30 minutes....and it gets worse from there. Her staff is unfriendly, rude and unprofessional with the one exception of a new-to-the-practice student nurse named Jay. He brings a positive energy and glimmer of hope to this poorly run organization.

Dr. Shurtleff is a good doctor and really tries to get to the bottom of your issues. However, she schedules patients when she see's pharmaceutical reps and the patients have to wait too long. If you schedule an appointment you will wait about 3-4 hours. It is so horrible. She then charges you $30 if you miss an appointment which is really crazy. She should understand that people don't have 3-4 hours to wait to see her. Just not good business.

Do not waste your time at this office. Dr. Shurtleff is very nice but cannot run an office with a terrible staff! Your wait time will be 2+ hours for a scheduled appointment, your prescriptions will be wrong 50% of the time and the lack of concern from the staff is unacceptable! STAY AWAY!!!!
