Warren M , St Augustine show details Warren M , St Augustine
by Warren M, St Augustine on Dec 31st, 2013

I am a patient of Dr. Chong and Island Drs. In mid July 2013, I made an appt to see Dr. Chong on a Thursday, about a rash on the right side of my face, head, and neck, and severe right ear pains. Dr Chong immediately diagnosed the problem as "Shingles". She gave me an antiviral tablet, and a prescription for the same, and told me to come back on Friday. On Friday, I received two shots and she arranged for me to get another shot on Saturday, and come back on Monday. Her actions stopped the shingles from reaching my eye and led to a relatively rapid recovery. Shortly afterward, several friends said how fortunate I was to keep it away from my eye. I am grateful to Dr. Chong.

One of the most terrible doctors in Saint Augustine show details One of the most terrible doctors in Saint Augustine
by Anorexic Biach on Nov 23rd, 2013

I had a stroke, I am in pain. A different doctor at Island Doctors Moultrie Rd had prescribed Tramadol for pain. The Original Dr. quit taking my insurance so I got stuck with her. She quit prescribing Tramadol cold turkey. I am going through severe withdraw. Does not care how awful I feel. The original doctor that I had there got me into an eating disorder clinic where I gained 8 pounds. Her not giving a chit about my pain has triggered my eating disorder. Back to my original weight. My pain is so bad that I hope I die. Haven't eaten in 3 days, only water. I want out of this life. My pain is too much to handle. I will succeed and be in no pain but this is not how I want to go. *Tramadol is NOT a narcotic. The other doctor that I saw was Dr. Hinman, he assured me that I wouldn't be taken off of it. She is a horrible doctor.
