Super quick appointment, seemed like a quick manipulation, especially after I said something he stopped and sent for x-ray, ran back in tells me nothing to do with shoulder, go back and see the nurse practitioner who sent me to him. After 45 min ride each way. Secretary's were complaining about being understaffed and it showed. Absolutely no explanation of the MRI that was done. There were three issues on the MRI I wasn't sure what they meant but he had 2 or 3 other patients he was working on at the same time as me. But im sorry for speaking out in a review about my experience "Patients fault" sorry, in pain up at 2:30 in the morning and need to vent bout all I can do i guess... and increase the meds I'm taking to match the increased pain I've been in. By the way if you're a Veteran, with your baggage, I would not recommend orthony. I'm not a vet but have some same issue. They'll stress you out.

For years I have known that both shoulders were deteriorating and that eventually surgery would be required. Well, that time arrived and I was referred to Dr. Flik. Upon meeting him and going over all the "particulars", he confirmed that a reverse shoulder replacement was the way to go. He answered all of my questions and his concern for my well-being was obvious. He provided presurgery directions which were extremely helpful as I began to plan for the "unknown". I was very impressed with his people skills and he put me at ease immediately. It has been 6 weeks since my surgery and following his directions has resulted in daily improvement in ROM. There have been no complications from the surgery and life is getting back to normal. I plan to have the same procedure for my 2nd shoulder in the spring and yes, Dr. Flik and his team will be my choice.

I have been seeing Dr. Flik for almost ten years now. Starting with an ACL and meniscus tear in 2011, torn the other ACL in 2013, and then messed up both knees right before the pandemic hit in my "return to soccer" - who knew my adult body was not as high-functioning as my young teenage body... Dr. Flik is always attentive, he always listens to what you have to say - all of the little ailments, and he has been really quick to treat. I feel really comfortable going to him for my knees. But, hopefully, I won't have to see him anymore! Knees are doing great. I would recommend him to all my family and friends looking for a knee or shoulder doc.

I was diagnosed with a torn labrum, torn bicep muscle, and an 85% tear in my right rotator cuff. Dr. Flik performed the surgery and I feel great. He is skilled and listens well during follow ups to see what is healing well or why I’m feeling discomfort. He is a great Doctor.

Dr. Flik is a terrific surgeon. I was diagnosed with a torn labrum muscle, torn bicep muscle and 85% tear of my rotator cuff in my right shoulder. Dr. Flik performed the surgery and I feel great. He is knowledgeable, skilled and listens very well during follow ups to fully understand what is healing well or why you may have discomfort. Based on the multitude of issues with my shoulder, I highly recommend Dr. Flik.

Dr. Flik repaired my shoulder 3 months ago, after a lot of damage the arm and shoulder have full range of motion . No pain within it self is remarkable. Highly recommend this Dr. for any surgery that he specializes in.

Life Saver, at 78 yrs I fell on ice in driveway. Broke right arm at the shoulder joint. Dr Flik was very deliberate in his treatment plan. Following surgery I regained 85% ROM. His manner, his follow up, and his team is excellent. I have referred another friend to him with similar results.

I wold highly recommend orthony and Dr flick. He did an excellent job with my surgery. His staff , especially Susan mad the complicated paperwork process very easy. Everyone I dealt with at orthony was very nice and helpful.
