Dr. Kyoko Misawa, MD

This rating reflects My first visit to the Hoffman Estates office which was horrible. Got there a half hour early as requested by the staff, filled out paperwork and as handed it back I inquired if the dr was running on time, I was told yes. 15 minutes later the nurse came into the waiting room and said she was running a half hour behind schedule. I had to leave because that extra half hour was going to cut into my travel time back to work. In the end I WASTED a half a sick day and never got a call from the office staff. I am still experiencing the problem that prompted me to call this office in the first place. (Oh, THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS LEFT ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE EITHER!) If there was a rating of zero I would still give this visit a -1. I probably will never get a follow up to this review.

Dr Koyoko Misawa is a good dr , but office staff at south barrington is really rude and unprofessional

Dr. Misawa does well with procedures. Absolutely no follow-up by her staff or her. When I wanted my records transferred to another physician, the staff was unresponsive.

She's a wonderful doctor who really takes time to get to know her patients! She really helped me through a hard time in my life and I'm eternally grateful! I highly recommend her.

... Dr. Misawa would call you for preliminary assessment to see if you really need to see her. Her diagnosis is accurate, and she does answer all questions you have.
