Dr. Lance Elliot Jackson, MD

I had two excellent encounters with Dr. Jackson and am very glad he handled my medical issues. All I encountered were very professional and answered all my questions.

I can’t say enough good stuff about this doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and can do magic with the ears. He has performed several surgeries on me and I will trust him for even more (if needed)! I have never had a more kind and caring doctor. You can see compassion in his eyes.

Dr. Jackson had a surgery cancellation and moved my Dad up for his cochlear implant surgery. His staff never came to get me to talk to anesthesiologist to tell him that my Dad gets very nauseous and dizzy after surgery or go over surgery details before surgery. My Dad is 85 years old and very very hard of hearing and will just agree to anything that is said or asked of him. I am my Dad’s full time caregiver, POA, and most of all his daughter. I wanted to pray over my Dad and hold his hand before surgery. I was denied all of this. For 2 hours I was nervous and anxious because of the lack of communication and patient bedside manner. After the surgery, I told Dr. Jackson of the situation of not being able to be my Dad’s eyes and ears before surgery. His reply was you will see him soon. He completely dismissed me. There were 2 others in proximity of me and Dr. Jackson and overheard his reply. They willingly told me they felt I was dismissed as well. My Dad was so sedated and nauseated… when I finally got to see him. We had to have 2 people to get him into my car!!! The surgery team didn’t even give us discharge paperwork or go over them. I had to ask the post op RNs for them. Those 2 RNs were the only ones that communicated with me and I am grateful for them because Dad was nauseous for 2 days and I would have not known what to do for post op care. So if you are asked to move up your surgery so Dr. Jackson can go home early DONT DO IT!! Everything felt so rushed!!!

Dr Jackson is very kind and knowledgeable. He explained my procedure in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. He saw me before and after the operation and called my fiancé after I was in recovery. I’m so thankful Dr Jackson was able to correct my ear problems. I am hearing better and the tinnitus is subsiding.

Everything was great , very informative. Answered all questions. Afterwards he talked to me and my wife . Very professional before and after surgery.

Excellent service supper nice staff is the greatest wait time.was under 10 min the nicest place I've been to.

Experience with Dr Jackson was great- we have visited the nurse practitioner twice and Dr jackson did the tube. Office management, appointment scheduling are awful- review would be zero stars for them. Been to the office 4 times in the last couple momths and ladies at the checkout are just plain rude. Appointments for follow up are way out and follow up is witb PA, not dr. Cant get hearing testing scheduled witb follow up unless we want to wait 2 momths for a follow up the dr asked to be 30 days.

Dr. Jackson was very kind and explained each step of my procedure. Everyone in the office a Is very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone.

Dr. Jackson is very professional, but after 1st visited, he had PA for 2nd time visited, 3th time was NP, I canceled the NP appointment. The reason was to see Dr. Jackson, no PA and NP. Also, I wish the office can check my medical insurance and let me know if my insurance cover before the test.
