I have had good early results with Dr. Likver providing PRP prolotherapy on my low back for increased stability for my hypermobility issues. She is also very kind with a great bedside manner. I'd highly recommend!

Dr. Larisa Likver is my hero. I had a serious accident resulting in multiple rib fractures requiring a chest tube with pleural effusion that wasn?t resolving. I went to many doctors who all pointed to invasive surgery as the solution. I then connected to Dr. Likver who provided neural therapy to me over several weeks enabling me to stop all my pain medication, and ultimately cancel a major pulmonary surgery. I hope more people will utilize neural therapy and recognize all the amazing benefits!!! My results following Dr.Likver’s treatments and medical guidance brought me to complete clearance of my pleural effusion, defying standard medical practice. Thank you, Dr. Likver! I highly recommend Dr. Likver for her expertise and dedication. I had Prolozone with ozone treatments on my left knee in 2023. My knee still feels excellent! I no longer have mobility issues with chronic pain. My quality of life is much improved, and I’m very grateful.

I cannot recommend Dr. Likver enough! Her expertise in prolotherapy and neural injection therapy has been pivotal in my recovery. These treatments may not be as widely known, but, in my experience, are highly effective. As someone who is scientifically minded and often skeptical of alternative treatments, I was genuinely surprised by the degree to which they helped. I’m sharing my experience as an additional data point for others exploring these options. (Background for Context: dealing with generalized joint hypermobility and numerous connective tissue and postural issues; had seen over 30 specialists and underwent treatments like corticosteroid injections and an interlaminar epidural; PT helped but I eventually hit a plateau) == 1. Prolotherapy I was referred to Dr. Likver by NYDNRehab, and after seven prolotherapy sessions, the results have been truly amazing. My first injection was in my ankle, and within just a few days, I noticed an improvement in stability and nerve… sensation. The procedure itself was much less painful than I anticipated—especially compared to other treatments I’ve tried, like shockwave therapy. By the time I had my second session, I was convinced. Two months ago, I could barely walk or support my own head. Now, I’m experiencing stability and control I haven’t felt in years. If anyone is on the fence about trying this, I’ve spent a lot of time and effort on more conventional treatments, and none have come close to the improvements I’ve seen with prolotherapy. It is an investment, but in terms of quality of life, its been well worth it for me. 2. Vagus Nerve Hydro-Dissection /Neural Injection Therapy This treatment was wildly, and unexpectedly, effective. This was used this early on to calm my nervous system and prepare my body to heal more effectively during prolotherapy. Honestly, I didn’t expect much from it, as there isn’t a lot of data available, and I tend to be skeptical of things like this. Within four days, I felt a profound calm throughout my body that I hadn’t experienced in a long time. I’ve been recovering from PTSD/CPTSD, and this treatment made a noticeable difference in both my physical and mental state. It was jarring to notice just how much my nervous system had been overactive, to say the least. The results were so incredibly impactful that I even invested in a vagus nerve stimulation device (the Pulsetto) for home use, which I’ll note has further helped. If you’re hesitant about trying this therapy, I can’t recommend it enough. 3. Compassionate Approach Dr. Likver's approach is personalized and thoughtful. She took the time to fully understand my body’s needs and never pushed unnecessary treatments. Even though I was eager to try everything at once so that I could heal quickly, she encouraged a methodical, flexible approach based on how my body responded. We’ve adjusted the treatment plan as needed, and she checks in after every procedure—something that not many clinicians do. Dr. Likver is knowledgeable and transparent about the science behind the treatments and she made sure I was comfortable. I never felt pressured, and I trust her judgment. == If you’ve been struggling with chronic pain, hypermobility, or other injuries and haven’t found success with traditional treatments, I highly recommend giving prolotherapy and neural injection/vagus nerve therapy with Dr. Likver a try.

I've gone to Dr. Likver for both my elbow and knee pain. Elbow was 7 years ago and knee was just very recently. She used PRP in both instances with the addition of A2M on my knee. I have been pain free in my elbow and knee since having treatments.

A friend recommended Dr Likver and Prolozone therapy after I my visit to an orthopedic surgeon and he recommended knee replacement. I did some research and liked what I read. I made the appointment in the Manhattan office. I was both excited and scared at the same time. When I first met Dr. Livker with her welcoming smile and soothing voice, my fears were gone. Dr Likver is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is compassionate, kind, and you feel heard when you are with her. I've been treated by multiple prolotherapists (regenerative medicine specialists) and she is by far the most knowledgeable and gentle with the needle. She uses an ultrasound with all her injections and her technique is very precise (and as painless as possible). I’ve suffered with chronic MIGRAINES for over 10 years and after just 2 sessions of prolotherapy, Dr Likver has fixed the problem. In addition, she is a store of knowledge on the subject of supplements and hormone therapies. Dr Likver has helped me find a new balance with a GI supplement that works great for me.

Dr. Likver is absolutely wonderful! I have 4 tendon tears in my left shoulder and could barely move my arm the first time I went in to see her. She did prolotherapy on me (a series of injections in the area) and within 1 week I had 65% more mobility. She also recommended exercises for me to do as well as PT and now I have 80% mobility.
