All they care about is money. They are not compassionate. Robin never has listened to issues in the many times I have went there. They know they are one of few who are kn this field. If you want a caring staff stay away! Do not take parents there either.

Dr Balmain is great however communication with her office and staff is poor.If not for that I would give her a 5 star rating

I have been seeing her for years and just thought about writing a review,while I was checking on another doctor that I was recommended to see. Yes,I may have to wait a little while to see her but, it is well worth it.The reason that you have to wait is because she is giving each patient the same quality time that she gives you.She is considerate,kind, and really cares.She has done numerous colonoscopy's on me because cancer runs in my family.She is a wonderful doctor.

Dr Balmain is by far the sweetest and caring doctor I've ever been to.

--I've had two colonoscopies performed by her. Not much to say, as my 4 out of 4 stars on everything sums it up!
