Dr. Phieffer has helped tremendously both my mother and myself. She is simply the most skilled specialist around here (and we have seen quite a few doctors in Richmond and NYC). Dr. Phieffer is fantastically knowledgeable and she is an amazing dermatological surgeon. I have never seen anyone so skilled – you literally do not feel anything when she cuts off bits of your flesh for analysis. The office contacts you promptly with the results. The nurses and office staff are most competent and professional. You can always call Dr. Phieffer personally with any questions; this is something you cannot see anywhere anymore. Dr. Phieffer is the sort of a doctor anyone would dream to have in time of need. The real doctor, not the kind that tries to sell you the medicines from Big Pharma. Would give her ten stars.

Dr. Phieffer was very nice explained what she was going to do. Very little waiting time. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Dr. Phieffer really takes the time with her patients- really cares about them. She is fabulous! And her office is so comfortable with great staff! If you are looking for an A+ dermatologist, go to Avenues Dermatology

I saw Dr Phieffer for the first time today and had the most wonderful experience. I have seen other derms and none of them could get me better! Her and her staff were great. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have been a patient of Dr. Phieffer's for a few years now. I truly wish all doctors were like her. She sincerely cares about her patients. She addresses my concerns and resolves my problems right away. Everything about her and her office caters to me! Everyone is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her.
