I saw Dr Munson for the first time yesterday. Although I had to wait quite a while to be called back to the room, her attentiveness and time she spent with me made it all worthwhile. Excellent doctor! I would highly recommend her.
Staff was not very courteous. Dr. Munson did not address the most important reason for my visit and did not seem to be interested in my concerns.
Dr. Munson was very attentive, very thorough when answering my questions and interested in helping me (unlike the previous MDs I had seen). Her office staff is great. I think my long wait was due to her return from Holiday break, but I didn't mind the wait because the service I received was very much worth it.
