Have you seen Dr. Laurie Fowler?
December 18th, 2014Disappointed
Staff was very courteous. We never did meet Dr. Fowler, only the nurse, which was disappointing -- Not even a brief hello or introduction from the actual doctor. Most disappointing was that the restrooms were down the hall from the office, and you need a key like you're at a gas station or something. Then there's no counter or diaper deck, and she's supposed to be a pediatric specialist? Parents have to change their kids' diapers on the floor?

The nurses are always great for shots or drops but Dr. Fowler has taken on too many patients and, therefore, cannot and doesn't give her patients the attention and care she should. She needs to add another doctor to her practice or stop accepting new patients. It takes a current patient 4-6 months to schedule an appointment. And when that patient finally is able to come in to see the doctor, that patient may have to wait 30 min to an hour. This has happened to me personally multiple times.
