Laurie J Grauel, MD

Certain members of her staff are very rude and difficult to deal with. I have brought my children to the ER or walk-in because they will not try to accommodate you with an appointment when your child is sick. Dr. Grauel is very nice but I don't think she understands just how difficult some of her front desk people are to deal with.

Dr. Grauel is very professional, pleasant,and on target with her diagnosis. She has always teated my daughter and I with respect and I am very greatful she is my daughter's pediatrician. Keep up the good work Dr. Grauel.

This is one of the most caring Dr. I ever had and if I didn't live in MA, I never would have left. The best of the best of care for your kids, and she even takes time to see how the parents are doing Too!!!
