The doctor is fine - not especially good, but not bad. But the office staff is so frustrating to work with. Not the receptionist - everyone who has answered the phone has been very friendly and helpful. But the nurse who works with him never follows through on what she is supposed to do (getting prior authorizations, prescriptions, answering questions), and you really need to check because sometimes the prescriptions sent are for the wrong amount of medication. I have been trying for weeks to get some medication refilled and I have had to keep nagging the pharmacy to get in touch with the doctor's office because they haven't done what they are supposed to do.
