Dr. Yeemeen Chai, MD

Dr. Cha I is a "diamond in the rough!" He has a gentle manner about him. He's very knowledgeable and precise. He spends as much time with you as needed and makes you feel at ease when you leave. You'll feel comfortable with him as your doctor.

Our cardiologist for many years. Saved my husband's life when he was in his sixties and my husband still going strong in his eighties. Dr. Chai is my cardiologist also. He spends as much time with us as we need. Explains everything, talks to his patients in a friendly manner, not condescending or pushy. Top notch physician-cardiologist. Highly recommend. The staff has an attitude problem that is very troubling. They are rude and unprofessional. Inasmuch as this is a heart specialist office you would think they would be nicer. They are condescending and abrupt. Dr. Chai is a great doctor but his staff makes the experience awful!

Horrendous, hangs up on you when asking a question, overcharges and then makes it impossible to get overpayment back. I called to bring documentation to office and Jean advised there is no one ever in office to take packet. I advised I could come in exact time of convenience and was advised not allowed. Horrendous. Doctors are amazing.

I have been under the care of Drs. Chai and Balog, both of whom show great concern and fully explain situations and prescribed treatments. The two women who run the office have lots to do, much responsibility, which can be stressful. It is difficult to get and train young people in such a busy atmosphere.. The staff has always been polite to me and helpful.

Office staff changes quite frequently. Difficulty getting appointment on emergent basis. Rude nursing staff or what appears to be over worked professional staff.

Dr. Chai is an excellent physician, however I am not pleased with the staff that is performing ekg. These people are very young with no experience.. I feel that the reason they hire these people is because they are not paying a reasonable salary and no one else with experience will accept this position. I am not comfortable when these people perform an e.k.g. on me therefore i am not continuing my care with Dr. Chai or any of these doctors there. I will follow up with a different physician.
