Excellent care from start to finish. Terrific and very helpful staff. Dr. Ryan has great bedside manner, always communicates and is very thorough. Procedure went great, I had four impacted wisdom teeth, one of which came out in pieces, and on day two I barely feel anything, just a little sore. Dr. Ryan himself called later in the day to check in. I will be recommending to others (also very affordable).

Had wisdom teeth pulled. No problems whatsoever. Very little pain. No complications or swelling. He cares about checking in with his patient with followup calls on at night and two followup checkups included in the overall price. Very impressed with experience.

Very professional team. Dr Ryan made sure I completely understood what the procedure entailed, thoroughly answered all of my questions and followed up with me the night after my surgery just to make sure I was doing OK. I highly recommend him and his team.

My daughter went in to have all 4 wisdom teeth out, we left with only 2 out. Our appointment was at 9:30, we arrived at 9:15. Dr. Ryan was running late. He was done with his patient before us at 10:00. That would have been fine because I know sometimes things run late, but then I heard him on a phone call. I heard his entire phone call because he was 5ft away from me in the reception area. He was on the phone with an AC repair company and wanted his AC fixed in his home ASAP, which he then told the AC guy that he would come unlock his house now. He then went in the back and I heard a back door shut. I thought to myself, he clearly isn't leaving us here waiting even longer!? I thought maybe he was giving the key to someone else to unlock his house but NOPE, he left! I saw him driving out the parking lot. I was in disbelief, as my daughter was sitting there getting more and more nervous. When the receptionist, Carrie came back to the front desk, I asked her "Did the Dr just leave the… building?" I told her I saw him leave and heard his entire conversation. She was very apologetic and tried to assure me that he would be back quick. How dare Dr. Ryan leave her to apologize to us and how dare he leave us like that! Is my time not as important as his? Against my better judgement we stayed. Dr. Ryan's assistant, Dawn, came out to try to calm the situation too. Both ladies were very nice and helped us feel better. I figured my daughter already started her steroids and antibiotics, and we are already here so lets get it done. When Dr. Ryan finally decided to come back, he started prepping my daughter. He came back to me about 5 minutes later to ask me why her heartbeat was so fast. UMMM, he's the Dr shouldn't he know or realize that she's probably extremely nervous and keeping us waiting for over a hour did NOT help! He then went back to her and a little while later came back telling me the finger monitors weren't working on her because she had thick gel on her nails. Well thats odd since she never had gel nails! She had polish on her nails that we took off 2 days earlier. Her fingers were ice cold maybe that was the issue. I honestly think his equipment is out dated, like the waiting room, and I don't think he's capable of IV sedation. If this is so, he should have recommended us to a Dr that was capable. Dr Ryan then told me he was just going to use laughing gas and that my daughter said she was ok with that. I asked him "Are you sure my daughter is ok with that?" He replied "Yes" and went back to her. I felt so uncomfortable with it all because it wasn't what we planned. Carrie would check on her for me and was very sweet. I was informed that she did get a little IV sedation, which now looking back, means that Dr Ryan lied to me when he told me my daughter said it was ok to just getting the laughing gas. Because I asked my daughter about it later and she said he never asked her. So she was either not in a state of mind to answer or he never asked her. Well, 2 hours later she only got 2 teeth out...she was supposed to get all 4 teeth out in 1 and half hours. He then told me her teeth were large. Did he not see that in the X-ray? Was this his first large tooth? He just had excuse after excuse. I think at this point he was running so far behind and his equipment was working correctly so he just called it quits. AWFUL and very upsetting experience. I would never want anyone else to go through this. My daughter remembers Dawn,the assistant, holding her hand which made her feel more at ease. My daughter also remembers Dr Ryan being snappy and short with his assistant Dawn. Just all so unprofessional. Finally, after my daughter got her stitches out, I told Dr Ryan how disrespectful it was of him to leave us waiting while he drove to Glastonbury to unlock his house for the AC guy. He tried to make up some excuse that his life is busy, well mine is too. He then gave a quick apology. We will NOT be going back here to get the other wisdom teeth removed! I do NOT recommend coming here!

Took my wisdom teeth out with no problems! Recovery time was very quick! He follows up with you immediately after surgery with a call and then a follow up appointment.
