Her way of telling you you need to come in for an appointment, is to not refill your prescriptions. Does not care that she is putting patients at risk - very arrogant - like she is doing you a favor instead of me being a client.I'm finding another Dr.

Dr. Chang was approachable and understanding when we first met over a decade ago. These two qualities established a place where I felt safe and a groundwork to build a relationship.
