Dr. Lee M. Blatstein, DO

I love Dr. Blatstein but it is impossible to get an through to get an urgent appointment scheduled. I've been trying for two weeks and they are extremely non responsive. I leave messages on their scheduling line and don't hear back.

Horrible place. They could care less. Don't bother leaving a message because no one will return your call. The front desk and whomever answers the phone will cut you off and hang up on you if need be.

Horrible customer service at the front desk. Was having a problem, in a lot of and office staff was supposed to relay the message to my provider. They never did and I ended up going to urgent care, over $125 out of pocket, all because they never got back to me. Looking for another provider.

I found my experience with Dr. Blatstein and his supporting staff to be outstanding. I had four office visits all within 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. I found the supporting staff to be pleasant, informative and extremely helpful. Dr. Blatstein was reassuring, decisive and extremely professional.

Very poor office management. Wait time up to 2 hrs. Office personnel fail to follow through with procedures for seeking insurance approval with primary insurance. Office staff members have poor listening skills and don't return calls within 48 hrs. The office is chaotic because they are going through a merger.

The worst group of so called professionals. Can never see an actual doctor. Appointments are weeks or months away to see practitioner that provided zero relief. Staff that cannot record an appointment in system when made by phone and turns you away when you show up for your appt. Forget about being late 1 minute you will have to leave & re schedule as well. Avoid this office.

Poor office management structure! Minority patients are more likely to wait longer than whites.On my first visit to the office, my husband and I waited until all white patients were seen. We waited 3hours. On my second vist we waited 2 hours. This office has poor communication skills concerning the insurance referral process. They did not inform patients that they can only receive referrals by way of Fax communication. So, your primary care doctor will send referrals by way of the updated electronic database system. This office will send patients away for not having a referral, without talking responsibility to tell the patient of their limited technical capabilities.
