Dr. Lena Bhargava, MD

As always, Dr. Bhargava is so easy to work with as a provider. She is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable, and it is always a joy to see her.

Dr Bhargava listened to my concerns and questions and we came up with a plan together. I didn't feel rushed during the visit.

Gives me motivation to achieve my health goals

Despite having moved out of state, I continue to travel to Liberty Township, Ohio to visit Dr. Bhargava. She is an outstanding doctor who knows me, my medical history, and has an excellent rapport with me. I will never find a PCP as great as she is!

Don’t waste your time. This office is uncaring and heartless. The Dr frequently reschedules and when you reschedule it’s a problem. She is dismissive and has no empathy for mental illness, or stress of being a caregiver to the mentally ill. You will be just a # not a patient

Absolute horrible patient care and quality of service. I called trying to get my mother an appointment, a regular patient of Dr. Bhargava, and was told it would be over 2 weeks before they could see her. Their solution was to go to the ER. Not a place I want an elderly parent where they can be exposed to anything rather than in a smaller office environment. I asked for the doctor to call me back, twice, and I've yet to hear back from Dr. Bhargava. This patient care is nothing but sub par and very unprofessional. If you are not a patient, look for another primary care provider.

Professional, great care and has a good and thoughtful approach - I did not feel rushed.
