Made me feel comfortable from the moment he came in the door. As a new patient, he took an hour speaking with me never made me feel rushed or that he was on the clock. Asked me questions about myself, trying to get to know me as "the person" and not just asking me about what had brought me to his practice. He was truthful and honest and explained things in a way I could relate and understand. His office staff was friendly and helpful from the initial call for an appointment to my actual visit. I have never walked out of a new doctor's office feeling like I just met a new friend. I can't explain it but I recommend Dr. Dipisa highly.
