Dr. Leonard Robert Geiger, MD

I have been seeing him for 15 years for migranes and he is the best! He really cares about his patients and checks up on you and tries different solutions to solve your issues.

My husband was a patient with Geiger for over 30 years. He was happy with dr until his health declined and then Geiger left him high and dry telling him to go elsewhere. The worst part was that dr did not tell my husband himself but had the rude guy in the office give us this news. My husband felt deserted when he needed him the most. My husband is still alive but no thanks to Geiger and his office guy.

Quite possibly the worst practitioner I have had the displeasure of seeing. He refuses to put any effort into the diagnosis of his patients if it takes any effort from him. As a male patient I would continuously feel unnerved due to his lingering gazes whenever I was in my robe.

Stay away at all costs. This “doctor” will discontinue your meds abruptly, put you on meds that make you sick, and he doesn’t listen. He mumbles and throws prescriptions at you. He forgets what he told you at previous visits. He misdiagnosed me for months and treated me for the wrong thing.

I would give zero stars if I could. Dr. Geiger is borderline senile, he forgets things from previous visits, he is inappropriate, with rude office staff, and he may prescribe you medications that are harmful without informing you of the risks. His bedside manner is nonexistent, and he is simply one of the worst doctors you could choose. He won't listen to you, and I believe that he discriminates against patients who need complex care. You are better off seeing no one than seeing him. Please, go somewhere else.

If you have chronic headaches "BEWARE" and go elsewhere to get the proper tests done.

I saw Dr. Geiger in the hospital after being admitted multiple times for severe cluster headaches, migraines, and strange neurological symptoms. He was rude and insulting. He refused to get an MRI done saying that I was overly emotional, even though others had recommended I get it done. Luckily, I was able to find another neurologist who ordered the proper tests, got me on medication and has been able to help me. Dr. Geiger left me in tears after meeting him, during one of the scariest times of my life. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Is every thing negative written about him and more. Let me suffer in horrific pain from a herniated disk. Went to a chiropractor and was pain free within a couple of weeks.

Have been to see him a few times & his office is NEVER busy and he is fairly easy to get an appt with. Now I know why. He has an "air" about him, can be condescending, unconcerned and dismissive of medical findings, and comes out with some odd comments that border on inappropriate in today's ultra politically correct world. I can not recommend him.
