I have great and wonderful experience being treated by him and that includes his staff.

There is one receptionist staff who is the worst receptionist ever - No people skills whatsoever! Getting a late time, after work, appointment is impossible with this lady. Strict with the time, and yet every time I see the doctor it's always at least 30 minutes waiting time. It would have been better to come in later. Time wasted, sitting there doing nothing. Moreover, this lady would not even suggest a more convenient time to see the doctor. Customer service 101 - be courteous. I have referred several patients to Dr. Baquiran. These patients also share the same feelings towards this lady. We've all agreed that it always feels a drag to make an appointment every time this lady picks up the phone. At time to the effect of not wanting to see the doctor to avoid dealing with this rude and crude receptionist who handles appointments. No doubt this lady hates her job! It might be better for her to handle other clinic stuff, but definitely not the receptionist staff. Dr.… Baquiran is a very good doctor who can do without a crude and rude receptionist.

What the 12 doctors of an elitist hospital could not do when i was confined there for hypertension, Dr. Baquiran was able to do. For me, he is the best primary physician one can ever find.
