Excellent doctor, one that truly cares and takes the time to explain in a manner that anyone can understand. I feel important with this doctor she is professional but very personable above all you feel like you are her most important patient! And you will immediately feel a connection to have Dr Phalen as your doctor, she truly cares for her patients. Dr. Phalen saved me from becoming very sick.

Dr. Phalen is awesome. She took the time to talk with our family about our mother's medical situation in terms we could understand.
