Takes phone calls and texts during appointments. Poor bedside manner and incompetent staff.

I had a good experience with Dr. Qasabian until the day i lost my straight medical, and i ended up with LA Care (HMO Medical) I offered to pay cash since he doesn't take my insurance. his assistant Diane refused and said they are not going to take me. I was left in the cold, and this should tell you enough about the real business they run. They didn't take me until i can find another Dr. God help me
