Very professional.

I am a new patient so I did not expect him to know everything. He was however, pretty informed

He asked appropriate questions to discern my medical history.

Dr Elberly took plenty of time with all the details of my case.

The doctor has always answered my questions.

Dr. Eberly was thoughtful, patient, and explained everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand.

As I described above, Dr. Eberly is "Top Notch" when it comes to interacting with his patients! I therefore give him my highest recommendation & praise!!

Dr. Eberly was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, understanding, willing to take the time need to make sure I understood my situation. He confirmed what my primary care physician suspected was the problem and is doing the necessary tests to resolve all issues.

Dr. Eberly was incredibly dismissive towards me and was nearly impossible to get in contact with. I waited months for my sleep study results that were supposed to take a week (I later found out he had gone on a long vacation, meanwhile I was waiting by the phone for potentially life-altering results). When I saw him after this he didn't even acknowledge the waiting I had done or say anything, just continued on like normal. This whole practice has very poor patient service and I never felt like they actually cared about me (though the front desk staff were usually cool).

Doctors are doctors but what makes a good doctor a great doctor is competant office staff. This staff is NOT even remotely competant. Making appointments is painful, getting prescription authorizations can take weeks, getting a return call never happens. Never once in the 2 years I have seen Dr Elbery has the staff even been polite let alone competant.
