I agreed with all the negative reviews. I had a very bad experience with this doctor. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and signed in. 45 minutes gone by, no one bother to call my name. I was upset and raise my opinion on the waiting time. The doctor heard me from the back and moved me up when rest of patients were their before me was still sitting in the waiting room. I found out after that the minimum wait time is more than 2 hrs on scheduled appointment for a 10 minutes for the doctor check-up.

Great doctor. Very caring and professional. Her wide knowledge on eye is second to none.

I give This Dr 0 point for respect and patient caring. I will not let her touch my mom's eye again! Too upset to tell you what happened today .... Even the nurse at the hospital advice me to write a letter to complain about this doctor to the hospital

My grandpa was scheduled to have a cataract procedure at 1:30pm. After arriving before the appointment time and checking in promptly, we waited in the surgery ward for 4 hours before My grandfather was taken in for the procedure. I found out from the nurse that she had scheduled 9 operations that day that were staggered within 30-45 minutes within one another. The procedure itself only took 45 minutes, and having to wait so long for her was very irritating. The following day, we my grandfather had a follow up at her office, and again, a 2 hour wait before finally seeing her. If she cannot handle the patient load, I suggest that she cuts down on scheduling so many, and instead provide better care for those that she sees. She is extremely unprofessional and has no regard for her patient's time. I cannot comment on the treatment she provided, because it seemed okay, but those waiting times are ridiculous. I advise you to save yourself some time and find a better ophthalmologist

She said both of my eyes need catarac surgery, but I went to another doctor for a second opinion. He said I only needed a surgery in one eye.

She is a very competent and caring doctor. I feel very much at ease with the care and advice she provides. She explains very well what are the issues, her assessment of prognosis and what treatment she finds most appropriate. I find her very personable and willing to spend as much time as she feels necessary to make her patient comfortable.

My dad went to see her for an eye exam. He got some eye drops and left waiting for ab 2 hrs before she started the exam. She shows little care for patient. She even let the staff do the exam works and just ran around. I think she is pretty clumsy and reckless using medical tools. Never going back to her service again.

I needed Entropion surgery and this "ophtalmologist" kept giving me the runaround. I told her exactly what I needed and she kept pushing back the idea of surgery for some reason. She didn't even get an approval from my health insurance by the time I had my second appointment with her. To try and mend the situation, she decided that pulling out my eyelashes would do the trick, and that was not what I needed. I started crying because she frustrated me so much and nothing was being done, but yet here I was, giving her my copay everytime. Instead of understanding, she blew up at me and said, "I can't take this anymore! It's not my fault that your insurance is terrible!" I told the insurance provider exactly what she said (Santa Clara County IPA), and they were able to get me a better opthalmologist right away. She is by far, THE WORST doctor I've ever met. EVER.
