Nurses and staff are the best. Friendly but still professional. Always with a smile. For a center associated with the big C, they make it an experience that is not impersonal nor full of anxiety. That personal touch is nice!

Staff is pleasant. I was taken into a room right away, and vital were taken promptly, but it took over 15 minutes before Dr Simpson arrived. He did pop his head in at about the 10 minute mark and apologized for the wait. Ge spent a reasonable amount of time with me when he did arrive.

I have been seeing Dr. Simpson for over ten years, monitoring an underlying condition. He is and always has been courteous, empathetic, thorough, engaged, down-to-earth, but always professional. His staff is wonderful.

Each visit my mother has with Dr. Simpson is always a pleasant one. He stays engaged throughout the entire visit by asking her questions about her response to the treatments. The visits are never rushed despite him having a busy practice. He's both an exceptional physician and person.
