I got an initial appt. to see Dr. Sakal in just two days, then a follow-up procedure for the following week. Receptionist and doctor were genuinely friendly, caring, and attentive. I have never been so impressed with a traditional doctor. I will no longer dread getting checkups.

Her staff seems to not pass along messages that I want to speak to the doctor. I never... Get retuns to my calls. The office gal says that the doctor is busy and that she is too busy to talk. But then when you ask her for a Friday appointment she say's we stopped offering fridays becasue it isn't that busy there. Interesting. Why doesn't the doctor ever return calls?
