Dr. Lily G. Hwang, MD

Incredibly intelligent and reasoned doctor. Listens well. I did not feel rushed. Collaborates with patient. Very kind. Not many like her. She cares!

Dr. Hwang gave me a diagnosis for a condition I’ve had for years that no one else had been able to diagnose. She explained the condition and treatments. She also explained how the allergy testing would be done, made sure I had financial information, and followed up with how best to deal with my allergies. I was impressed with her knowledge and would recommend her.

It was my first time with Dr. Hwang. She was incredibly kind and professional. She explained the entire process in detail and was very dedicated to finding solutions and providing the best treatment for me! The nurse on duty was wonderful too (I don't remember her name), but they do an excellent job at the clinic. Highly recommended! Thank you

Dr. Hwang is an excellent physician; takes care of my patient needs with wisdom and compassion. Gives solid advice that motivates me to be responsive to my health needs. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Hwang saw my daughter and me together and was extremely thorough in explaining treatment plans and medications. While I’m not a huge fan of medication, she took the time to explain the pros and cons in a way I could clearly understand. The nurse, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was also very thorough and attentive. As always, the front desk staff were kind and accommodating, and the medical assistant greeted us with her usual warm smile. Thank you for the top notch service!

My concerns came when discussing payment. The staff called prior to the appointment and would not inform us of the amount that would need to be rendered for the visit itself. Then at the time of appointment, we were made to feel that we could not afford the payment and rather than informing us initially of the amount, we received the runaround about the amount and what needed to be paid today. It made us very uncomfortable, payment was not the concern but rather how the information was delivered. I would urge the staff to work on effective communication with patients in the future rather than making them feel uncomfortable when discussing cost.

Great experience!!!!! I wish that I would have tried her before the other doctors.
