I have read this place’s negative comments, my decision to find another doctor is inevitable! The repeated delayed responses of patients’ needs were ignored, and put off is inexcusable especially when crucial medical treatments are pending. Again, doctors can only perform all tasks filtered down to them by their staff, and often these people are only there for their paychecks, not us, the patients! Doctors have to be more careful about their hiring practices, after all, their practices are only as good as their staff, and in this case, I will rate this practice a big fat “0” if there is a space below the lowest “1 star”!!

I am a brand new referred patient. Although I don’t know Dr. Tran beyond my initial interview with her, she seemed personable. I can’t say that about her support staff, however! I have a call this morning from SHANON, from her office, purportedly to be her reschedule agent. She was extremely condescending with every questions I asked, so I requested to speak to another person, she just rudely hung up on me. I called back a few times in an attempt for clarification, but to no avail, they are not answering back! I don’t care how good the physician is, if the support staff is inferior, the business is a failure!!

She is the best -- presents always caring, patient and yes down to earth. She is very exceptional in how she explains on "laymen" terms your situation and accepts your questions. She also has an exceptional staff - Michael is a big asset to her. I would recommend her to all my friends.

Dr. Tran is always kind and understanding, if you need to be seen, she sees you quickly..

My husband I have been seeing Lily for 8 years now since we moved to Florida, we thought she was wonderful and such a great doctor until he really got sick. We went the the ER a few times while waiting to get one of her appointments because they couldn't move it up any sooner, her nurses took a very long time to contact us back. While we were waiting on them my husband passed away. I will no longer be seeing Lily either because it takes to long to get answers, had my husband went to another doctor he probably still would be with me today.
