Dr. Smith did NOT take the family members wishes into consideration, nor did she respect nor believe numerous family members regarding changes in behavior and demeanor of the patient. Instead, Dr. Smith allowed a patient who suffered from a Stroke, which caused dementia, go home into an extremely unsafe environment. No review nor exam was done of the patient's home, to determine if the home was handicapped accessible, and handicapped safe.
