If a doctor has poor bedside manner, but is competent and accurate, I can live with the poor manners. However if the bedside manner is poor AT BEST and the diagnosis is wrong on several occasions and it causes a child pain and agony that could have been avoided - the manners bother me!! Not only did she miss the dx twice - she was incredibly rude to both my child and the parents. Upon taking the child to another facility for an exam it was discovered that she missed a MAJOR problem. After months of treatment we met 3 other families in the same situation from the same doc missing the dx. DO NOT ACCEPT HER AS A REFERRAL!!
