This doctor is leaving family practice, THANK GOD. Her staff is rude, her bedside manner is terrible, and getting prescriptions filled is a royal pain akin to pulling teeth sans novocaine. Skip Dr.

Receptionist is rude on the phone as well as in person. Medical Assistant has zero personality.
