Don't ever try to change an appointment. On at least two separate occasions, I had to reschedule an appointment that was made at the time of my previous visit. I literally sat on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up and giving up. When I talked with the Dr. about this, he said that he's away they are short-staffed. This is not acceptable, as I am at work and cannot sit on the phone on hold waiting for them to pick up.

Dr. Spagnolini is awesome. He really seems to care about how I'm feeling and he listens to what I have to say. I would highly recommend Dr. Spagnolini. The only criticism that I have is that it is nearly impossible to get through on the phone to schedule or change appointments. I've waited as long as 15 minutes on hold before hanging up and calling back - only to wait another 10 minutes before giving up again. People work and they can't be sitting on hold for long periods of time.
