IF YOUR ABLE TO TALK TO ANY ONE AT HIS OFFICE, YOUR LUCKY. WE MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS, LEFT MESSAGES TO RETURN A CALL, BUT TO NO AVAIL.

Started almost 3-4 weeks ago when my 89 year old Aunt called Tricare to get almost a dozen prescriptions from Dr. Falestiny filled including her heart medication. Mind you she has had previous strokes and has a pacemaker. When 10 days passed and no RX received I called Tricare to find out they had not heard back from Falestiny's office. I called two different days to his office, goes straight to voicemail and never received a callback. So my Aunt, my husband and myself drove to his office. Although the office was closed Dr Falestiny was inside and did allow us in. He insisted he faxed it but again it's a moot point since Tricare is stating they have nothing back. I did leave a list of 10 prescriptions including her heart medication that she needed and he assured us he'd take care of it. That was a week ago and once again Tricare is adament they have not received anything from the Dr. So once again Tricare faxed them the info and once again Tricare has not received anything. I called… again and left a voice mail pleading with someone from their office to please call me. My Aunts home health nurse was astounded to the lack of professionalism my Aunt is receiving. We're all concerned she could have a stroke at any time. No one ever answers the phone, it just simply goes to voicemail. This is not to say that Dr Falestiny is not a great Dr. My Aunt likes him very much but her life is more important than waiting around to see if someone will ever return our call. I am so frustrated for her.

Not only is Dr. Falestiny an expert in his field of medicine, he is one of the kindest physicians I know. He truly cares about his patients and provides the best care available.
