Patient was brought in by EMS to Newton-Wellesley Hospital ED and this physician and his team were very unkind, not caring, antagonistic, inimical, disrespectful and of the utmost unprofessional. This team directed by this physician was not adequate,asleep at the wheel,very disconcerting, and not willing to listen to patient or family. Issue is still not resolved and would never give this physician or his institution a second chance. This is bad practice.
Dr. Harding and his RN were very rude, condescending and abrupt to patient and her spouse. All other aspects of the Emergency Room experience at Newton Wellesley Hospital was outstanding.
