Was a patient at St. Anthony when I had a nose bleed that no one in the Hosp could stop. Dr. Provenza was called and came to the Hospital in the middle of the night and treated the nose bleed. Returned the day I was being discharged and removed the packing while I was still in the Hosp.

Doesn't/or can't read an MRI she orders,didn't listen to complaints,all my issues were left unresolved. A complete waste of time,so searching for a new ENT. Have received 3 bills since then that were charges for MISSED appointments that I never even had! Office staff can't seem to correct it and receptionist is quite rude
