Dr. Zabezhanskaya is a great doctor... but the girls that would at her front desk and phones are impossible. Trying to get an appointment or explaining to them that you can not wait 4 weeks but need to be squeezed in for a few minutes is an IMPOSSIBLE task. I have been going to this doctor for years and now I need to go to a different doctor because I can not get an appt at a possible time for me for 4 weeks and I can not wait that long to get something done that takes 5 minutes of the doctor's time. Its just sad how great she is and how unflexible her front desk staff is.

First I will say that when I went to visit this doctor I had no insurance, so I was paying for services myself. She did not know what the problem was that I was having. She took samples to run tests. Then I was called and was told to make another appointment. I came in, paid for the appointment. When I saw the doctor she informed me that what I had she didn't know and because it was so rare she wanted to take pictures. That was it. For some reason I was ambushed by this treatment that it didn't even occur to me to ask for my money back for that visit at least.Would never go to her again.

I had to wait three weeks for an appointment. Finally I got there. After waiting 25 minutes and another 10 in the room she showed up. I had around five different questions and all she could tell " its normal " for anything I asked. She spent maximum 4 minutes and left me. What is normal means? Next day I went to dental appointment and was telling my dental what happened with me yesterday and she also confirmed saying there are people who is very upset visiting her.
