Summary
You should immediately remove 505 Skidmore Boulevard , my correct home address , never intended for Internet display , naturally . I have never seen patients in my home .
You may display 9055 Shady Grove Court in Gaithersburg , MD 20877 where my ONLY office is since 2012 .
You should remove altogether my COLUMBIA , MD profile , I have not set foot in that part time clinic on Santiago Road ( never was my own office ) since 2007 .You should remove any / all other currently displayed addresses as well .The feedback about me seen on them is truly meaningless and irresponsible .
I am also Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry , not just in PSYCHIATRY : you fail to mention it . You may ask any additional questions if desired .
