It's all about first impressions, right? Well, the waiting room is smaller than your avg. waiting area, and it gets uncomfortable, hot, and unpleasant fast when you wait for the doctor to see you 15 minutes after your scheduled appt. The front desk lady that I worked directly with didn't have the attitude to be in customer service. They cancel appointments 24 hours before you're scheduled to come in, so there's a higher chance that patients will not receive the message and still come in for their canceled appt. This should be 48 hours. I understand things come up, but you should never reschedule a brand new patient twice as it leaves a bad impression. If you have the time, I would research and visit a different dermatologist's office in Puyallup.
