Dr. Congress was my primary physician for 20 years. He is a wonderful doctor, cares about his patients, he listens, and he follows up to make sure things are going as expected. He is modest, capable, and knows when to fish or cut bait. He literally saved my life on one occasion. There is no one I would rather have as my doctor.
